I am a 32-year-old, Jerusalem born, London-based chef.  This blog is about the restaurant I am trying to set up, and the food I want to serve there, food that Is based on the traditions of the middle east , from Tunisia to turkey, that I grew up on and encountered in my travels. the food I love so much to eat and cook, easy, sunny and bold, recreated and sometimes re invented to taste as it should.

As of yet, I have no funding, no team, no location, no job and no real prospects.
